At SpoilBody, we take pride in the quality, safety, and performance of our products. Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetics and personal care items, we have established the following refund policy to protect our customers and our brand.
Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
We do not accept automatic returns.
All return and refund requests must be reviewed and approved by our customer support team prior to being sent back.
A return or refund may be approved only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All original seals, labels, and protective components remain intact
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, the following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:
- Opened or used makeup, skincare, or cosmetic products
- Products with broken seals or missing original packaging
- Final Sale or promotional items
- Gift cards
- Free gifts or bonus items
- Orders purchased through third-party retailers or resellers
These restrictions are standard within the beauty industry and help ensure product integrity for all customers.
How to Request a Return
To request a return authorization, please follow these steps:
- Email support@spoilbody.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for the request
- Attach clear photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
If approved, you will receive return instructions and a return address.
Items returned without approval will be rejected.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments
Refund Processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 7–14 business days after inspection
- Additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the refund
If a returned item does not meet eligibility requirements, the refund may be denied or issued as store credit at our discretion.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact support@spoilbody.com within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos clearly showing the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a new order after your refund or store credit is issued.
Policy Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Limit or refuse returns from accounts with excessive or suspicious return activity
- Deny refund requests that do not comply with this policy
- Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
All approved refunds and returns are subject to final inspection.
